Uneven stay at extended stay There was no one at the hotel desk when I tried to check in. I had to call the hotel phone number to get someone to show up, BUT she was a VERY sweet gal and tried her best to make me happy and explained she was doing laundry in the back room and did not see me or hear me. We went to our room, a nice size room, with a table/desk area with TWO computer type chairs.. I liked that idea a LOT. Extended Stay, Toledo Very good value and close to everything we were interested in. Very good chain steakhouse shares the parking lot so a good meal is a short walk. It's right next to a freeway exit so getting around was easy.

Another great stay! Was able to register early on the way to the big game in Ann Arbor so we didn't have to register after the game which was after midnight. Decaf coffee in room or at least available at the desk would be nice. We brought some, but the coffee maker takes special size filter packs. Great location and a great room for a good price.

M Fan Great place to stay before or after a football game. Comfortable beds and rooms. Great to have the fridge and kitchenette.

The hotel is a great deal for the money. When I checked in I was surprised how nice everything looked and how clean it was. However, once I was settled in my room and really started paying attention to details, there were areas where you could see why it is so inexpensive. No pay-per-view or DVD player, the bed was hard, and when I called for a wake-up call the clerk acted like I was crazy for thinking a place that inexpensive would have a system in place for wake up calls. Great place to stay on a budget...as long as a comfortable bed isn't important to you. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel and amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and provided all the basics that would be needed for a stay. It was in an excellent area with lots of restaurants and shopping. My biggest complaint would be the bed. It was as hard as a rock. I would have expected a more comfortable place to sleep, especially for an extended stay location since most of the guests ... read more

Extend A Stay Staff was wonderful. Felt room could have been cleaner. Nasty blanket w/'unknown' spots! No extra pillows available.
