My review Hotel was not luxury but very good for the price I payed. It is a bit far (approx. 20 miles0 from my destination (approx. 20 miles) but compare to other holes in this price range, I found it was worth to travel this distance. Spacious fridge, good microwave and stove make it easy to prepare dinner. The hotel locates in the middle of the shopping district so there is no problems with buying food or dining out. Locates close to a highway.

Third time & still great! We stop in Toledo on our way to Ann Abor for Michigan home football games, especially if they are a noon game. We just found ESA this season and have stayed there three times and now won't go anywhere else. It is great! Having the kitchenette and refrigerator and eating area make it such a relaxing and convenient experience.

Great Value!! Great experience! We travel to Ann Arbor to the Michigan home football games and this is a great place to spend the night prior. Room was spacious and clean. Priced right, too. Decaf coffee in the room would have been nice as my wife can't have caffeine. It is a bit difficult to find or get to. Better signage might help people locate them. We'll be back!

Extended Stay I want to say that I was very impressed with this Extended Stay hotel. I have stayed in other Extended Stay hotels in Las Vegas and California and was not happy with their cleanliness. This hotel in Holland, OH was excellent in cleanliness, accomodations, and best of all a very super excellent staff at the front desk when we checked in late in the evening. Great accomadations I can always find something wrong, this place, nothing was wrong, was all good. Hotel is in an ideal location, rooms are furnished with full kitchen, very clean and the staff makes the experience easy. I was working grave yard shift, it was like having a mini apartment and office in one.. Good deal. Highly recommend this location.

Great Place for the Price We only spent one night and were completely satisfied. Bed was very good. Small kitchen w/big fridge that we used. Easy in and out on first floor. Very clean. Coffee at front desk in the morning if you don't want to make your own in the room. Easy access to US 23 and 475 ring road.

Amazing hotel! The cost is phenominal. You will not be disappointed. The rates are amazing! The cleanliness, customer service, and accommodations make this an opportunity you should not pass up. I was skeptical because of the cost comparison for local hotels, so I booked a single night to decide if I would stay again. I was astonished by the care and professionalism that the staff put into the hotel. The only downfall is that you have to pay for the internet separately, but there was a Panera around the corner.

Excellent value in Toledo This was an excellent value. It's not too far from restaurants and shopping. Check-in was easy. Make sure you get your dishsoap and washcloths and towels from the front desk the next day. Since the housekeeping doesn't clean your room everyday. The kitchen comes stocked with dishes and pots & pans. It was great to have the full size refrigerator with a freezer. The stove worked fine. There was a microwave, small coffee maker and toaster as well. The beds weren't terribly uncomfortable either.

I have tried several hotels in the Toledo Ohio area. After many stays I can say with confidence that this Extended Stay America has the best balance of quality and price - and it has always been quiet. Staff is cheerful and helpful.
