Good location in Holland which is in a safe neighborhood. At least I didn't have any problems. All of the front desk people were nice. Room was very good for the price.

Truck stolen from right in front of the front door Hotel was very nice. and the people working were vary friendly and helpful. but their were friend walking around and hanging out in the lobby all the time and after my truck was stolen they said I wold get a call on Monday from their loss department it still has never come,

first extended stay with no fitness room or pools and no continental breakfast as was told Not many amenities available as other hotels or suites

Mostly GREAT Check in- 1.)The guy checking us in was OK. Not overly nice. But not rude either. 2.) The presentation of the outside was okay. 3.) Did not like hotel guests smoking right by the door though. 4.) The inside of the lobby was well kept and clean. The room- 1.)I loved the kitchenette in the room! I wish all hotels offered this! 2.)The room looked thoroughly CLEAN! 3.)We check every corner and crevice for bed bugs...and found nothing. 4.)The room is VERY roomy and spacious. Extended Stay America Toledo-Holland Hotel Stay was very pleasant. Upon arrival I was notified by the staff that the rooms I reserved weren't available. They quickly and professionally resolve the issue with additional single rooms to ensure my family and I were satisfied. I truly enjoyed the stay and the professional service. Thanks to the entire Staff.

I would definately recommend this hotel to others I have stayed at many hotels throughout the US and I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. It was in a great location. Lots of shopping and dining nearby (walking distance). The room was suprisingly, very clean. The staff was polite and the price was phenomenal. As I said before, I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. I would definately stay here again and would recommend to others.

Extended Stay in Toledo Everything was good. It was clean and got a good service. The only issue that I did not see in the listing was anything about Wireless internet. It was not free. But other than not have free WIFI, It was a great stay. I would recommend it.

Viktor's assessment The sink in the bathroom was very-very 'slow' to drain water (room 205). TV was tiny for the room size. Only two small pillows were available. Otherwise, it was rather clean and convenient.

Good hotel if you don't mind sleeping on the floor I thought the service was good, room was fine, especially the shower. The only beef I had was the biggest one you can have with a hotel.....the bed. It was so stiff I felt like I had slept on the floor. My girlfriend and I could barely sleep due to this. I've stayed at some cheap hotels with lousy beds, but this bed took the cake.
