Surprised I used to live in Toledo, so I knew that rea very well. For those that are visiting, it is a little difficult to locate, nut worth the stay. I was impressed by the size of the toom and the kitchen, area, equipped with full amenities. Would recommed to others. Ot was cleaner that I expected (grounds and rooms) Onlr wish they had a lite breajfast

single female travelor Facility is tucked away from traffic. Steak house next door. Shopping stores, Kohl's Old Navy Babies R Us etc in area. Across 475 are lots of fast food & eateries . Peaceful and no kids running the hallways. Amen to that. WOuld & have stayed here many a time remember no maid service every day & no hair dryer. But then who needs maid service anyways

Best deal for your money - came with a kitchenette. Location was excellent, near the Metro Parks. Room had a kitchenette to cook in. Very economical, clean and quiet.

My review Hotel was not luxury but very good for the price I payed. It is a bit far (approx. 20 miles0 from my destination (approx. 20 miles) but compare to other holes in this price range, I found it was worth to travel this distance. Spacious fridge, good microwave and stove make it easy to prepare dinner. The hotel locates in the middle of the shopping district so there is no problems with buying food or dining out. Locates close to a highway.

Third time & still great! We stop in Toledo on our way to Ann Abor for Michigan home football games, especially if they are a noon game. We just found ESA this season and have stayed there three times and now won't go anywhere else. It is great! Having the kitchenette and refrigerator and eating area make it such a relaxing and convenient experience.

Great Value!! Great experience! We travel to Ann Arbor to the Michigan home football games and this is a great place to spend the night prior. Room was spacious and clean. Priced right, too. Decaf coffee in the room would have been nice as my wife can't have caffeine. It is a bit difficult to find or get to. Better signage might help people locate them. We'll be back!
