Good area with shopping
We stay at this particular Extended Stay hotel fairly often as it is very convenient to the Tucson Medical Center. Almost always we have a clean, comfortable stay. This time our floors (vinyl flooring) were rather dirty and gritty. We were on 3rd floor. Everything else was good though!

Excellent enjoyable
Properly looked clean from the street but was dirty, felt unsafe and smelled of marjuana. The room was filthy, carpet was black, smelled horrible, beds hard & uncomfortable. Once the sun was out and the windows were opened the walls were filthy.

Dont get the room you choose or pay for Paid for king room. Guaranteed and paid for in advance but the manager changed it to double bed with no notification or reason and when I asked about the rate change I was scoffed at with 'it's only 5 bucks but if you want to go through the refund process you can call expedia' Not the point.
