I liked the location and the room accommodations were acceptable, but there were bugs in the room.

Needs updating. Noisy. This hotel is in serious need of updating.

Not fancy, but worth the price Basic value accommodations. What I expected for the price. Was clean, neighborhood seemed safe enough when I got back late at night.

Clean & safe _ nice Best motel in tucson so far that we have stayed at just wish was a little cheaper and wish they would do monthly or more than 7days at a time.
Adequate Hotel Rooms are a little on the expensive side for what you get. Staff was friendly and facility was clean. Beds are EXTREMELY hard. No coffee available in the lobby during "breakfast" over half the time.
