Clean Carpet stain some furniture worn. Staff very friendly helpful. Nice kitchenette nothing in it to use maybe because of covid had to cancel for a different hotel so was an improvement but not a big breakfast. Realize places have made changes
Staff was very nice and helpful. I was surprised to learn when we got there that rooms are cleaned once every 2 weeks, so since we were there 4 days we had no cleaning service, had to exchange our dirty towels for clean in the office. Also while we had a kitchenette we had no coffee maker, utinsels or dishes. Asked for cups for the room and they gave me 2 paper coffee cups. The included breakfast was coffee in the lobby and packets of oatmeal.

Convenient & close to hospital Check in was nice & easy. Cleanliness was not the best, could the floors had not been cleaned, finger nail clipping in bathroom, small pebbles around, bottle top on floor under desk. The rest of room looked cleaned.

Very Average The facility was very average at best. It was an okay place to stay but I would try somewhere else next time.

Not a fan Staff is friendly. Rooms not great and sort of old looking. It’s pet friendly and was near my family that’s why I booked it. Room had smell of pet urine and seemed to have not been vacuumed well as we found kibble and sharp plastic pieces on floor. Questionable clientele. The parking lot and area around hotel are very well lit at night so that gave me some peace of mind. There’s no real area to take pets to relieve themselves, just sand and rocks around property. I personally would not stay at this hotel again.
