I stayed at this same location several months back on a business trip to the area. It was clean and convenient for my work. I booked the same place again this time. Though I asked and they did try, the same room was not available and the room I got this time was noisy with tenants overhead and not as clean as the first stay.

Great Stay Excellent value hotel. Great location just a short drive from downtown, the national parks, and other Tucson attractions. my only complaint is that they don't off a full breakfast. They offfer coffee, oatmeal, and muffins. however, there is an IHOP across the street, so we ended uo going there.Overall, comfy beds and great stay.

Decent place to stay We’ve stayed here a couple times and rate it above average for the price. Was a little disappointed this trip though that the “stove” didn’t give off enough heat to fry an egg or make grilled cheese sandwiches and the recliner was broke down. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean (though a tub stopper would have been nice).
Sirens galore We had to go through a pretty rough and homeless area to get to this point. It was safe but had planned on walking to the nearby roadhouse theatre that evening and that was quickly a no. Our room was right by the road and nearly every hour during the night we heard sirens. The next day we realized we were up the road from a hospital. So for someone who needs sleep this location can be exhausting.

I have stayed in many Extended Stays around the country and I found the room I got at this location to be very clean, spacious and perfectly suited for my business trip.

I had a great stay!
Carlos at the front desk on E. Grant Rd. Tucson was very attentive and kind. He made it happen for us to check in very early. The Only complaint I have about this stay is that the beds were Very uncomfortable and hard. It made it difficult to sleep.
