Lots of drinking activity on the perimeter of the property, with cans and bottles left as trash. Not cleaned up daily. Mattress was great!! Employees nice and helpful. Door, though it was safe, did not seal, and light was visible through the cracks in the sides and threshold. Some previous tenant had thrown wet paper against the wall behind the door of the bathroom and it was still there.

Bare bones hotel, good for over night stop, but not for extended stays. Very minimal amenities. No outside seating, breakfast was coffee and prepackaged muffins or granola. Staff was very friendly. NOTE: The State of Arizona uses hotel as temporary housing for those on assistance, who have lost their rentals or are evicted. Not a vacation hotel. Booked our stay because of its proximity to the hospital. Would not recommend if your vacationing.

I enjoy staying at this location when on my business trips to Tucson. It is convenient to my work. The staff are always accommodating as best they can and the rooms I have stayed in have always been clean and smelled fresh.
