Staff was super friendly and willing to help. WiFi was super slow and booted you off every 24 hours making you re-register - frustrating. Bed was uncomfortable. Housekeeping only comes one per week. I stayed there 2.5 weeks (2 cleaning visits), when I checked in there was one roll of toilet paper, they did not replace the TP in either cleaning visit. Welcoming an outsider We had a family emergency and had been sleeping at Tucson Medical Center for about 4 days straight and had to get a room that was close to the hospital. This location was perfect and affordable for us. The staff were friendly and accommodating and they are doing upgrades here and there to make it look nice so I was happy to see that.
