Amabilidad y Atencion Muy agradable estancia, muy buena recrpcion y cumplio con el proposito
Although the woman at the front desk was very nice, in order to have kitchen accommodations in the room, after we got in the room, we would have to call and ask for them to be brought up. Not bad if you don't have a ton of other things on your mind at the time. Since there were two of us, it would have been nice to have TWO washcloths instead of just the one. Again, when you're tired and have a lot of things on your mind, the last thing you want to do when it's late, is call the desk for another wash cloth.

Not bad! I was happy with my 2 day stay. I expected a bad stay because of all I've heard about it. But since its renovations its nice. Clean. Quiet. Absolutely no smoking so that's nice. The kitchenett included a 2 burner stove,a recliner in the living-room, hard wood floors, and flat screen TV. Free WiFi. Only downfall was no breakfast like they claimed. They had a coffee bar with coffee, tea, and some muffins. "Grab and go". I Hop is right across the street:)
Perfect size room Very nice stay. Staff made me feel very welcomed. Not once did I sense a negative vibe or bad attitudes, like you get at some hotels. I checked in very late and that's usually when bad attitudes kick in, as I have witness in my hotel experience. Thank you Christa for the warm welcome and the young lady who checked me in on 12/16/2016.

Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay. They need coffe pot and condiments in rooms with kitchenette. Had to wait a day for coffee pot.
No amenities were not in the room, that was a inconvenience for me. We did not realize no hair dryer till it was needed in the morning.
