Excellent Basic Stay This place was an excellent value. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable with plenty of nice pillows. The cycling a/c was a bit loud but at least it was easily adjustable. With a kitchenette included, it had everything I needed plus more. The "grab and go" breakfast was a nice option with hot coffee ready to go. I'll definitely stay here again when I need a place in Tucson.

Excellent location.... The Managers could not have been more helpful. I made a return reservation before leaving. Managers could not have been more courteous and helpful. I made a return reservation before leaving. The facility is old but the heat/air conditioner and elevator all in excellent condition. The TV is new and all information regarding programs was available. The recliner was an especially welcome touch. I will certainly stay there on all my visits and recommend it to friends,

Clean but dated; not the best, but not worst. Overall just acceptable. Hotel is old, amenities are dated and in desperate need of an uplift. There are no bells and whistles (no welcome material in room regarding checkout, available hotel amenities, tv channel guide, local attractions, etc) and road noise was an issue. We did not partake in the continental breakfast; there was not much offered and no where to sit. The bed felt smaller than a standard queen and the bath tub was very narrow.

短期滞在には快適 ホテルの方は非常に親切，気に入って，1週間滞在を，再予約してもう１週間延ばした．ダウンタウンまでホテル前のバス停から乗り換えなしで30分ぐらい．1ブロック向こうに大型スーパー，隣には薬局．周辺ならびにバスの中も特に危険は感じない．ただ，朝食にはコーヒーとビスケット，オレンジぐらいで，期待しない欲しい．部屋の掃除は通常なし，依頼するとやってくれる．タオルやシャンプーなどフロントで頼めばもらえる．

Bad made good I had some challenges with my room and brought it to the attention of the management who quickly resolved the isseus and granted/compensated me another stay, thank you ESA.

Very clean Great for the price. Did not like that you had get kitchen items from the front desk vs already being in the room. They also did not have enough coffee makers for every room so we did not get one. Otherwise very clean.

Hardly OK Room not very clean, Obviously I simply wanted to rest so I did not bother the staff to come over .... long hair found in tub, bathroom floor, etc. Pieces of toilet paper (unused) around bed.... in general you really would not want to "touch" anything you would not be feeling comfortable around filth. Yes, maybe you get what you pay for... but frankly the least thing you expect is to be CLEAN. Dirt spots make you wonder if I chose the wrong hotel...... which in my case I won't try again.
