The place is GREAT, but it is slowly being rundown. The rooms are great but little things like torn siding on the wall, wires coves in black electrical tape, and the AC kept turning off. There is so much potential and unfortunately things are not being kept up.

Fine & Convenient for the Price The front office was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but not fancy. The bed was creaky but I slept fine and the A/C unit worked GREAT which helped a lot with the heat since I am not from the area. There is no pool at this location but it is not far from shopping, restaurants and diners.

Would stay again, room smelled of smoke I would stay here again. PRO - good location, close to hospital (we had a family member in the hospital), pharmacy, several restaurants across the street, grocery store and some shopping within a mile. CON - room smelled quite strongly of smoke. I was so tired that I didn't care. Complained to the hotel and basically "sucks to be you" was the attitude. No offer to change me to another room or even give me a room deodorizer. If I stay here again, I will demand a "non-smoking" room since... read more

No pots/pans. Wifi signal so weak unable to connect in room. Room was on south side of building. Bathroom door was dirty. Only stayed 1 night. Free breakfast consist of fruit, muffins, and granola bars.

Okay but not staying there again. Not very impress. Hotel was okay but if your forgot anything like shampoo, tissue, hair dryer you're out of luck. Also unless you stay there for over 4 days you don't get any room service!! I'm sorry but even Motel 6 offers room service for a nights stay!

Clean & Compact Great option over traditional hotel. The room has a full size refriderator, 2 burner and a microwave that is iseal for extended stay. The room was very clean and well maintained.

friendly home away from home Friendly service, clean sheets, room, and easy access to Tucson attractions... also great to know they had smoker friendly rooms, those don't exist anymore!
