Very clean Great for the price. Did not like that you had get kitchen items from the front desk vs already being in the room. They also did not have enough coffee makers for every room so we did not get one. Otherwise very clean.
Hardly OK Room not very clean, Obviously I simply wanted to rest so I did not bother the staff to come over .... long hair found in tub, bathroom floor, etc. Pieces of toilet paper (unused) around bed.... in general you really would not want to "touch" anything you would not be feeling comfortable around filth. Yes, maybe you get what you pay for... but frankly the least thing you expect is to be CLEAN. Dirt spots make you wonder if I chose the wrong hotel...... which in my case I won't try again. close to relatives visiting (granddaughter ) Good location, convenient to visiting relatives and many amenities in the area. Worked out just great and my granddaughter enjoyed all the pets traveling through.. Thank you!

last night of a 7 week trip room was clean, bed comfortable got a good night sleep, breakfast a little skimppy

My stay at extended stay america When they came into clean my room they did a quick cleaning and it sucked. Never cleaned the bathtub or dusted. It was just a bad and quick cleaning. Just because I was in the room didn't mean they had do to a crappy job. Maintenance was excellent and came when you asked for them. Overall it was ok but not sure if I would stay again.j

Dirty Room I chose this hotel for the kitchen unit; I have food allergies so I do a lot of my own cooking. When I checked into my room there was nothing in the kitchen; no pots, pans, silverware, plates, etc. I need to mention there was one thing in the kitchen, tucked in the microwave - a smelly bag of Taco Bell food. Eww! I called the front desk and got plates, glasses and a promise that the rest of the kitchen items would be delivered the next day. It took 3 more phone calls and 2 more day to get the complete kitchen pack... read more
