does the job The place works. The walls are paper thin, and the bed isn't very good, but it does have a fridge, decent tv, shower, and the basics.

Great Deal We were in town for a football game. The rooms were clean and a good deal for the nightly rate. For simple people looking for clean not fancy, it's I good choice.

Great price. Clean room with a very comfortable, clean bed. Bring your own soap, theirs isn't very good.

The place is GREAT, but it is slowly being rundown. The rooms are great but little things like torn siding on the wall, wires coves in black electrical tape, and the AC kept turning off. There is so much potential and unfortunately things are not being kept up.
Fine & Convenient for the Price The front office was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but not fancy. The bed was creaky but I slept fine and the A/C unit worked GREAT which helped a lot with the heat since I am not from the area. There is no pool at this location but it is not far from shopping, restaurants and diners.

Would stay again, room smelled of smoke I would stay here again. PRO - good location, close to hospital (we had a family member in the hospital), pharmacy, several restaurants across the street, grocery store and some shopping within a mile. CON - room smelled quite strongly of smoke. I was so tired that I didn't care. Complained to the hotel and basically "sucks to be you" was the attitude.
