Worst ever Horrible a stranger requested a key to our room and was giving one

Stinky The hotel had a strange odor. Kinda like a moldy smell. The hallways were really bad and the room had a slight odor to it. Will not stay again.

Booked at 1130pn get to motel to not be able to get in n noone answers phone. I call the motel chain n they verify my booking n then finally someone answrs the outside phone she had cone to door n went back inside. She told me they close at 11 n expedia has to fax my booking ! It is 1 am n cold outside. I ask if i can hust book thru her n she says no. So i went to a different motel!! I will be asking for a refund!

No sheets available for the pull out bed. Front desk was rude when asked for sheets and pillows.

Needs more customer service The guy at the front desk was very rude, was on the phone majority of time I was trying to check in and he was getting really annoyed when I ask him to repeat his self because he was speaking very fast, not friendly at all.

Room was decent. Housekeeping refused to clean my room. I was there five days! Told me to bring my own trash and dirty linens down if I didn't want them in room. I was reluctantly given clean washcloths. I will never stay at this chain again.
