Booked through Travelocity from the parking lot. Went to the door to check in and the door to lobby was locked. Was told over the intercom I’d need to have my booking faxed to the night desk. By the time I got help, the desk was closed and I was told I couldn’t cancel and get a refund. Travelocity and Extended Stay basically stole my money and didn’t give me a room.

Awful lies and rip off I was told that you could bring your pets as long as you pay the pet deposit and their were alot of dogs staying their so I paid the deposit and everything and then two hours later I was told I had to leave the hotel because I have a big dog which is my service dog and he is a black lab it was craslzy and they wouldn't give me any money back

The hotel lobby and hallways and elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Our room was better but there were no complimentary toiletry items. Had I known the condition of this hotel I would have paid a few $ more and stayed somewhere where I could at least not have to worry what was on Thebes sheets

Pass on this place I've stayed at two different Extended Stays that are just down the road from each other. I accidentally booked this one. I usually stay at the other. From the moment we checked in, it was an unfortunate experience. We tried to check in at 2:20PM. We were rushing to get to an event. They would not let us check in because check in is at 3:00PM. I’ve stayed here several weeks, I always have to ask for my room to be cleaned after 7 days. Twice they ignored my requests. Common areas in hotel are dirty

We got there around midnight. We had been put on a "do not rent to" list. There was another man out front on the same list who was on the phone diligently trying to get his situation cleared up. The toddlers really wanted settled after our 10hr trip. I was buckling the children back in the car to go find a different room when the attendant came running out screaming that she got it all cleared up. We got put on the wrong list. Room was clean. Neighbors upstairs were noisy. There was a man sleeping out front in his car..
I stayed for two night and usually the room staff would go clean up, make up bed, give clean fresh towels for your second day stay well not this hotel. If you wanted clean towels you had to take your dirty towels to the lobby area and they will give towel for towel and if you wanted your room cleaned it was an extra charge. The bed was so uncomfortable I didn’t get any sleep. I guess you get what you pay for.
