I liked how polite everybody was, I enjoyed how everything was very organized and somewhat clean. Wish things could have been more clean but it didn’t bother me much.. The things I didn’t like were housekeeping knocking on the door multiple times well before the check out time. Also I would advise to anybody reading this to make sure you have all of the extra supplies in your room and make sure everything works such as keys to the door.. hated having to go down stairs to change the keys out multiple times because they stoppe... read more

Will in front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful , he definitely deserves a raise
