great for family vacation that was really nice staying this hotel my kids wants to stay for 2 more days, but i only book for one day, the service was great and everything is clean love staying here.

it was good Price was cheap so the hotel was ok as well...nothing special nothing bad
Good enough The "lobby" and "breakfast room" combine to fit about 6 people. So if you want one of the pre-packaged cinnamon rolls, or coffee, you had better get there early. The pool is clean but is really not suitable for more than 4 kids at any time. But being an outdoor pool is a plus. Overall condition is good, but surrounding area is sketchy.

You will be happy to know that at the end of May 2013, we completed a full hotel renovation that inclues a new lobby and separate breakfast dining room. It is the touch that we needed. Homely Hotel/Smiley Staff The hotel offers a cozy, convenient and relaxing ambiance for the family.The staff is courteous and approachable and responds immediately to our calls/needs with just one call. Our pet was well accommodated. The hotel is indeed child and pet friendly.

Exceptional Staff We had a very pleasant 3 night stay. The best part was the staff. They were overly helpful and completely professional (no one looked like they wanted to quit their job). You can't beat the price for the quality of stay. We will be back here again when traveling through.

Nice room. Near loccal attractions. Very helpful staff, nice area, close to Virginia Beach and Norfolk Naval Station. The bed mattress though was worn out and too soft. Me and my wife rolled to the middle when sleeping. Other than that, we would stay their again.
Very well Surprised I was worried about wht the hotel might look like after reading some reviews, but I was completely surprised by how nice everything was. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was WAY bigger than we thought it would be. The room was decent size and all the hotel employees were courteous and professional. I would definitely stay here in the future.
Overall a very nice and clean place. A full kitchen was very convenient. A little far from the beach only about 15 minutes from the VA boardwalk, easy to get to though. The breakfast is nothing great but not missed because of the kitchen. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.
