Don’t be fooled by the price. Spend the extra ~$30 per night and stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites next door. This place was a nightmare from check-in to check-out—literally within 15 minutes. Building doors didn’t work. Room keys didn’t work. The room itself was disgustingly dirty: drapes that looked like they’d never been cleaned, black mold in the bathroom, crumbs and dirt on the sofa, inadequate heat, and a faint but unmistakable smell of urine. Absolutely disgusting. Infested with roaches. The floors are grimy and sticky. “Smokeless room” smells like a smokers room. Walls are thin so you can hear the people next to you. When you request the dishes they claim to provide they don’t actually have any. Never staying here again.

The beds are hard. The room was dirty and in ill repair. Peeling paint everywhere. Rusty fixtures. Dead bugs. NOT bed bugs or roaches. Debris on the hallway floors. Shady characters loitering outside. I don’t recommend this hotel. Spend the extra for a nicer hotel.

This is your sign not to book here. This was the most disgusting hotel ive ever been to. The bedding and towels had stains as well as hair left over from the previous guest. The bathroom and kitchen areas were infested with cockroaches. The other people staying here were loud and the walls were very thin. The employees were nice and helped me get a refund but honestly this place should be condemmed for how filthy it is.

Felt very unsafe at this property. In the middle of the night someone was trying to open the door to my unit. It could have been a mistake but the individual(s) did not go away immediately. The room smelled of stale smoke even though the building is nonsmoking. Bugs everywhere. I checked out after one night because I did not feel safe.

The lady that checked us in I guess didn’t finish processing our check in and so at about 730 on thanksgiving night the manager wanted to get nasty and rude and tell us we had to leave and we weren’t supposed to be there. Mind you I had been there for over 24 hours at that point and I had working keys and had been in and out since I checked in. After arguing with the manager because her employees didn’t do their job correctly she said she had no choice but to let us stay and just swallow the loss. And They have roaches.

The room seemed like it didn't clean well before my arrival. As soon as I entered the building, It smelled weird, so did the room. I killed 2 roaches, floor had lots of dirt and crumbs, trash wasn't clean under the TV. The stuff was very nice and friendly though!

There was black mold beside the bathtub. There were fruit flies all over the room. When I asked where the chair was in the room I was told it was probably broken.The toilet stopped working and when I reported it nothing was done. I went and asked again and was told it would be the next day. I think asked if they could give me a new room. Which they did.

This will be my first and last time staying in an Extended Stay America. The halls were smelly, the room floors were covered in greasy dirt and the roaches were running wild and free. I counted 8 roaches in my room during a two day stay. My review is a bit harsh (and I knew it was a cheaper accommodation) but it was worse than I anticipated.
