Bed was like sleeping on a board My bed was like sleeping on a board, I was disappointed I had to ask for a coffee maker (I was under the impression the coffee maker and all the dishes and dinner ware came in each room to be able to use as needed.) the hallway had a smell of cigarettes I just didn’t enjoy the experience

Not a bad place Sarah and staff were great. Felt safe with room to walk my dog. Hotel close to extracto for my horse show and a 15 min drive from downtown. However, hotel shows its age and is in need of a remodel.

so so needs upgrade. refrigerator had rust damage to the front. It was ok for 1 night. Tv was small for a double room hard to se from both beds

Christmas Hotel worked out great for our stay. Our family has outgrown staying on one room so we splurged on two and the price was reasonable enough to make that happen. The site said that it included breakfast which was only instant oatmeal but we had brought our own food so we were prepared. That’s my only complaint.

Good accommodation for the cost The facility is clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. Generally quiet at night so was able to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was pretty basic, but good to grab for a quick meal before heading out. Staff very helpful and friendly, always spoke when we left and returned. Very helpful when I had a problem connecting to WIFI. Will stay again when we visit Waco.
