Nice Experience No major complaints. The room was clean. Staff was courteous staff. Nice and safe neighborhood. It was a pleasant stay overall.

The only real issue we had was the hotel was overbooked so we couldn't get the king bed we booked. They wanted to give us a smoking two queen bedded room but I managed to get them to prepare a non smoking two queen bedded . We really wanted a king bed but had to accept the two queens. This was a disappointment to us.

Convenient Location, near Metro Station The hotel and staff were great. It was Hotels.com that I had a problem with. Hotels.com sold me a room with 2 queen beds that were already sold out. I ended up getting a room with one king bed, luckily the manager was able to move me to a 2 queen room the next morning. Other than that it was great.

Location of hotel is great, just don't check out at night. No one is available for any of your needs at night or early morning!!

Clean, but the bed hurt. I love a hard bed, but even my back couldn't take this one.

Nice stay I would have to say first and foremost, that the hotel chain is highly valued, which this hotel showed imperfections. The hotel carpets needs to be changed to bring more flare to the hallways, and the hotel needs some highly renovations to make the hotel standout! My stay was quite comfortable, and I appreciate the comfort of the room.
