Service slow The hotel was okay. It was full of tourist for Cherry Blossom Festival. Service was slow. Breakfast was poor in selection.
Great stay before our flight This over night stay gave us close and convenient access to National Airport. The staff took good care of us and the room was great.
Happy customer Just need a room for the night and I had a superior experience.

Staff are helpful and attentive. Amenities are clean but worn. Towels are old and scratchy.
