I was here just for 1 night. I was surprised that there was no wastebasket. There should also have been a channel guide for the TV, though service was out because of a very bad rainstorm.

They need to be more friendly and clean more

The sheets smelled stale and my bed had hair in it When I turned down the covers.

I like the private entrance for every room, the staff is very friendly also. It’s no 5 star resort by any means, but I visit this town about twice a month and it’s my favorite.

Difficult to get to the hotel from Fair Oaks Mall. Shower curtain needs to be replaced, dirty. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and parking was difficult with others not parking in the lines. Room was good, shower water was hot. Good price for the room.

the Price changed and got overcharged. Not good Got overcharged about $85 more than the original price booked.
