Hello, I rented your hotel Extended Stay America - Washington, D.C. - Fairfax - Fair Oaks for one night. I returned to the hotel at 2 am, the card was not working. I went to the lobby and no one was there!! I waited until 4:30 and no one was there, then I went to the car and slept until 6:00!! Unfortunately, I rented a hotel and could not sleep in it!!! Blood stains on the carpet and pubic hair in the bathroom including bathtubs. RUN; DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY

There were multiple bugs found in and around the bed and floor. Staying on the bottom floor is very noisy due to the thin ceilings. No cups, ice bucket provided and there was one small shampoo bottle, no conditioner and only a face wash bar for soap.

Not great! The overall level of cleanliness and odor was unpleasant. There were cigarette burns on the furniture and coutertops, and the shower curtain was covered with mold.

Smelled terribly of smoke for a non smoking room. Wall outlet in bathroom was hanging out and water barely ran. Came home sick for the week. Staff looked like random street people dressed down.
