very bad experience
room is dirty, services are unfriendly ! They only off you coffee for breakfast ！I will never come back this place ！
Showed up late and could not check this is unacceptable
Don't do it So, Arrival was fine upon check in. We got to the room and it was...ok...nice size and amenties...however the tub was stained. The refrigerator was noisy..the clock was missing pieces off the side so you could see wires.Also management was KNOCKING on our door at 10:40 to rush our leaving and checking out. They were fully booked but never again... I tried to upload a picture but it won't allow me...
No HOLD Hotel I received a CONFIRMED reservation at 3:40 PM the day of stay. When I arrived I was turned AWAY! Why? "You must check in by 3:00PM" How stupid - why did you accept and confirm my stay in the first place? You absolutly can NOT rely on this joke of a Hotel.
When we arrived the hotel said they didn’t have rooms available.
Terrible When we arrived they told us our room had been booked. We booked 2 double beds because it was me and my mom staying in the room. They said they only had a king sized bed left and made us sleep in that room. I don’t see how you could just give away our room? The room smelled bad and the bed was insanely uncomfortable. Would never go here again and I recommend spending the extra $20 to go literally anywhere else.
