Disgusting Nasty is the least I can say. This place was disgusting and the people art the front desk are terrible. Our room was filthy we went to the front desk and all they have is was an extra blanket (idk how that solves anything) that blanket was also dirty with hair all over it. I called hotels.com who didn't really do anything except tell me it was up to the hotel if they would refund us. The hotel was outdated and dirty. The curtains were old and torn. The fitted sheet was inside out. I will not be going there again

My room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. Thr floor was mildewed and nasty to walk on. The bathroom had cigarette burns on the floor. The shower had hair from the precious guest stuck to the wall. The pull out bed had goldfish under it with mold on it. I should have demanded a new room 😡

I will never stay there again. Bugs, the trash can was full from the last occupant, the dishes that I had to get from them was dirty, no noise enforcement, and finally demanding that I provide documents to prove that my dog is a service dog.

terrible What’s clean. Floors where very sticky
