Poor room/service /rude staff /ant problem spider It was uncomfortably my stove stopped working i could not cook for my kids the room has aints and spiders There barely was parking the manager john was really rude and didn't care about my stove stop working And they wasn't able to come and fix the stove into the day of my checkout day Just know i would not recommend and i will not ever go back here Nor alone they only gave me and my kids two rags and it was 4 of us
The location just off I66 is great with shopping just up the road. The lot is well lit at night with plenty of parking. The room has enough space with a double bed and the bath is roomy. BUT...customer service is lacking. Receptionist is often missing at night, toilet barely flushed and areas under bed and chair were not vacuumed. The floor had a sticky residue that we were told to clean ourselves with a damp towel. Mats and walkway outside rooms is littered with dirt and leaf material.
Bed smelled really bad and the bed was so hard The customer service and location was great but I will not stay there again really bad smell
This place changed my perspective about Extended Stay America. I usually consider ESA a good to very good place to stay. However, this place has nothing about that. The rooms are completely empty of anything! No coffee machine, no kitchen supplies nothing! When I asked them , they said we only provided that per request.. Well they never mentioned that during check in, so If I didn't ask they will never bring anything. Another issue was the breakfast. Its literally just two types of coffee mugs and granola bars!!!! Cobweb anywhere There is a lot of cobweb in my room.
Bad night stay There was bed bugs, smelled like weed, noisy fan etc. everything in hotel was cheap will not stay a second time.
