Never Again This was an overall disappointing experience. I arrived at the hotel and was told there was a $25 per night additional pet fee. I told them that was understandable as long as that info was available to me when I made the reservation. I explained that info should be in the details section of the hotel description which it wasn't. They pulled up their description on Expedia and said, "You're right...hmmm..you still need to pay $25." Between the room charge and the pet fee we could have stayed at a much nicer chain.... read more

really suck... Even though it will be free next time, I would not live in this hotel anymore. The room I checked in did not clean up yet. How could it happen? After that, the staff said: "I am sorry, I would like to change another one for you." Then, the second one he gave which did not clean either. I have no idea what this hotel is. Then, he brought me to some other rooms to see if the others were good or not. However, most of them were not cleaned. doesnt worth for your money Room was not clean. Linens was smeelling bad. Very weak breakfast. I will never stay again

Worst stay Ever Front desk rep did not have my hotel.com reservation in their computer database. Waited about 20 minutes, finally the front desk rep asked me call Hotels.com, at which time I provided him with the contact number to call himself. Additional 15 minutes my reservation information was sent over with the wrong rates per night (two separate amounts per day were listed on the invoice he provided to me), so I provided the correct nightly charges to reflect accurately on my invoice statement. Mostly bad The place is more like a glorified flop house than a hotel. The grab and go breakfast is a joke. Rooms only "cleaned" once a week. My bathroom appeared to have a poorly cleaned floor with dried vomit or excrement next to the tub. I do not recommend!
