I hate it !! It was very unpleasant!! Cold shower in the middle of the winter. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Am I in the "Hood"? Beside the racist Russian yelling at me this hotel is a zero at best a 0.5. There's nothing pleats about this place. No computer, no gym, no room service (they only clean when you check-out). The reason why it could possibly deserve a 0.5 is because it's right across the mall. The mall is Ughhh--could be better. The mall closes at ten so which means no late dinner for those who enjoy eating late. Nothing close by either. It's a distant.

What A Dump!!! This hotel is horrendous. From the missing light fixtures on the ceiling to the shower spraying water all over the bathroom, this hotel is horrible. There is no hotel service that I saw, except for the maid banging on my door at 9 am. I was still trying to manage some sleep. The filters in the AC units were so filthy, you could not get any airflow from the unit until they were removed. I had a sore throat for 3 days probably due to the filth in the AC unit. Need help with staff. Got checked in and room was dirty. It was a non smoking room that had been smoked in. Returned to the front desk and I all I got was "oh sorry" waited 10 minutes in lobby for a clean room. When we got new room 122 a big red stain on the floor in between the beds. Not professionally clean by any means.

Needs Improvement Nice location and price, but hotel was not clean with dirt in hallways and ants around the breakfast area. Also, breakfast selections was one of the worst I've ever had and when I came down one morning there wasn't even any hot water for the instant oatmeal.

no ice, no maid service, unable to call other room from our room, reserved two rooms thinking they would be next to, close by or at least on same floor, but they were on different floors. Had to call front desk to connect with other room. Toilet seat in room 312 not attached. Need individual plastic wrapped cups. Urine smell between beds in room 219. I wouldn't stay here... First room was marginally clean at best. Bathroom began flooding at ten p.m. due to leak from above. Night desk manager said, 'can't do anything until morning, but we'll move you to another floor.' (Water was spilling into kitchenette area and soaking rug, but this doesn't constitute a plumbing emergency?) Whatever... second room was disgusting.
