Mostly bad The place is more like a glorified flop house than a hotel. The grab and go breakfast is a joke. Rooms only "cleaned" once a week. My bathroom appeared to have a poorly cleaned floor with dried vomit or excrement next to the tub. I do not recommend!

Good price but small rroms While the price is reasonable the rrom was small. What was called a Queen size bed was more like a full size mattress. Our room needed updating. The location was great with mall very close at hand. Good neighborhood that felt like a safe area. The staff was helpful and made good recommnedations for dining.

Extended Stay - Fairfax - get what you pay for... ...which in this case, wasn't much. This is very old hotel, and even my child noticed the peeling paint in the bathroom and the rust in the sink. Couple that with the burns on the countertop and I was left with the feeling that this is a hotel in need of some work. Outdated, small TVs, hard beds and pillows that are like pancakes just add to the misery. Bad one It was bad hotel, so I cancelled my remaining nights in that hotel.
