Room was marginal at best. Closet door was missing and no toilet paper in the bathroom had to call front dest. Room was not clean. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Don't have housekeeping service This hotel DOESN'T HAVE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE !!!! unless your stay be more than 5 days... and also you will be charged for the wi-fi internet. The carpet was really dirty. So disappointed. This is not about rates, but cleanless means HEALTH.

not what i expected The hotel was clean, quite. but no restaurants or any shops in walking distance around it. you must have a car! No services offered no facilities!! its just a place where you sleep in.

Awful Will never go back The room was nasty. There was a roach in the bathroom. I guess I went cheap and got what I deserved.

Horrible Customer Service We were forced to wait 15 minutes for a staff member to check us in with no explanation given. The staff member on duty simply stayed in the back after acknowledging our walking in for 15 minutes before checking us in despite the fact we were the only people there. No apology was offered either then or at checkout.

The Homestead Washington DC Falls Church Bad sheets, bad bed, remote control not working. Not very comfortable overall. The hotel was in a convenient location and the fact that the room had a kitchen was nice although I was unable to use it. Primary problem was an uncomfortable bed. Investment in some decent sheets would go a long way.

OK set up... hotel was marginal - clean enough, but there were cigarette burns on bathroom sink, dirty washcloth over shower, broken door lock, and no supplies such as shampoo. Overall feel was of a place to stay if you are on a tight budget and need no creature comforts. On the positive side, was well located (metro only couple of miles away) and available (all rooms in area were getting booked up for rally in DC)

Expensive, no hot water 1st night. The hotel was at $100/night way too expensive. I had no idea that the rooms here would only be cleaned once a week. It's very basic and mostly construction workers etc stayed here (although that wasn't a problem). When I came into town, the first night there wasn't any hot water which is unacceptable and disappointing. The first 9 or so channels on the TV did not work (no ABC etc)......
