Couldn't find the room The room was okay, basic, so no surprises. But they really need to sort out the room numbers. I, and several other fellow guests, were driving around and around the building trying to find our rooms. There didn't appear to be any system to the numbering, made worse by not being able to see room numbers from the car. I must have climbed in and out of my car at least 6 times. In the end I gave up. My husband and me arrived at the hotel late . It was cold and dark outside and the warm and cozy room make us feel like home. It was a good start but we could not have a good night sleep even we're tired after long day on the road because there had clicking noises from the other side . But in general, our 2 day staying was pleasant .

Hotel was clean, relatively up to date and safe. Free grab and go breakfast and wifi was perfect for working on the go. I would use this location again for future business. The room did smell a little musty but nothing enough to make me change my reservation.

Location was great for destinations next day. Bed was comfortable however the refrigerator keep cycling on. No coffee pot in room and no cups to nuke water. Breakfast offered is very minimal., .

This hotel is close to several interstates in Virginia and also close proximity to the DC metro subway system which you can access and take if you choose. The beds were uncomfortable, one staff member at the front desk was not friendly and rude.

Taking care of family in hospital Good customer service. Walking distance to/from Inova Fairfax Hospital.
