Budget motel, no frills Close to Fairfax Hospital and Merrifield, inexpensive, unfortunately not the nicest rooms, tub liner was peeling, bathroom smelled of smoke (in an nonsmoking room), bed was comfy overall but pillows very flat. Overall just a motel with a fancy sounding name.

Good locale, friendly staff; it has issues though. Chose this due to being in walking distance to a nearby hotel (Inova Fairfax).

The staff was very accommodating after several flaws in the room (no remote, placed in a smoking room, and the shower did not work).
nice, but need a car The hotel is good, but don`t believe when they tell you Metro is an walking distance. I don`t mind walking, but it took me 45 minutes to get to the station. As this was not the purpose of my day, I felt somewhat misinformed. ( Not that dc metro can be relied upon…) So great if you travel by car. But the hotel has nice rooms with little kitchenettes if you stay longer, and it is relatively quiet. I enjoyed my stay. You can forget the breakfast though., but Starbucks is relatively near.

Bare bones disapointment. This place was very bare bones. No coffee pot, ice bucket or even cups. Things you expect to see in a hotel. Seems like anything you normally would be given you had to ask for from the front desk. For an extended stay hotel the room was set up for barely a nights stay. Pretty disappointed.
