The property itself was not kept up, the front desk staff didn't communicate with the cleaning staff and the room was not cleaned before I got it. The toilet did not flush, the refrigerator was not cold, there were no dishes, and the general condition was just worn.
Better find out another hotel!!! Definitely way below as advertised.
Dirty. Stains and hair on sheets. Smelled like weed and cigarette smoke in non-smoking room.
I will choose other location of Extended Stay America next time.
