I can't recommend this hotel. Very basic. There are two Extended Stay America hotels at this location. The other one is newer and fresher than this location. I recommend you try the other one.

Reasonable value as judged by a cheapskate This was my first experience since selling my boyhood home. As I prepare to travel the states I hope my nights out of my van but "civilizing" by staying in real estate accomodations are on a par pricewise and comfortwise as this stay was. The kitchen area was sized for a couple days stay, the location quiet, and staff helpful.

Great value great value. Only problem was drape covering closet was off the hooks and hanging from one side
Jan 2015 - First Time Experience Three night stay for business; Basic, no- frills room accomodations - plenty of seating and desk space to work though - met my needs, but appeared dated and drab. Location (Bldg. #205) is adjacent to newer Extended Stay facility at 201 - haven't stayed there. Staff service and attentiveness was excellent.
Cigaret smells everywhere on hallway. AMd breakfast is horrible for the hotel charges.

very satisfied very nice to have fridge in room. room was quiet for sleeping
Staff is awesome The room didn't look like it was in the pictures. The room was dusty and had a dirty feel. The room was very dirty but was stained and showed wear. The rate was good for the location but not for the room. The service was awesome. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The staff/ service is the only reason I would ever stay again

smelled and poor service Hotel smelled like smoke. We were at 205 Professional Drive, 201 Professional Drive was in same parking lot and was newer, cleaner and did not smell like smoke. We called for a plunger at night and they never brought one. We called again in the morning and they told us they were all out of plungers. They eventually got us one from next door, but they just handed us the plunger and walked away. Will not stay here again.
