nice getaway location I was greeted by a very ffiendly and helpful receptionist. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable, sheets were soft. Will definitely use again.

Basics are good, details are lacking The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. Probably due to our room being next to the lobby, it was very noisy in the morning, including the staff. Our "fully equipped kitchen" didn't have a microwave. The bathroom door would not close fully or lock. It was difficult to get the room fully dark, the curtains were not effective enough, and a lot of light came in from the lobby under the front door. Room was freezing upon arrival. Stove top had only one burner working and; some pots and pans were missing. Had to go down to the front desk because something was wrong with the phone. The lady at the desk took care of that problem promptly as far as the chilly room it took forever to warm up.

Decent place but..,, I only spent one night here so no big review the lady at the desk was very friendly her name was Ingrid she treated me very well and engaged in a conversation with me which you don't get often but is really needed in my book after I got to my room she called n asked if u liked the room and that was very sweet.i was happy with everything until I got to the bathroom the toilet bowl n sink had mold in the inner walls which I thought was grosssss therefore I chose to skip breakfast because I could only imagi... read more

Not so comfortable for women or family There was some strange activity with a woman and a man. It was a little uncomfortable seeing them run their business where we were staying with our family. One night the man she was with was drunk and vomiting against an outside wall near the entrance. The next night, the two of them fought for hours in a violent shouting match that ended up with police arresting both of them and removing them from the hotel. After that, things settle down nicely and there was no more excitement.

Good location The location was great for us, close to the mall, other shopping areas, eateries, safe environment was great for my family, quiet room at the end of the hallway. It is about a 5 min car ride from the train station. There is also a bus stop just down the street from the hotel. The room was clean but we had to clean the bathroom a little before we used it.
