They gave us our room key and we went to the room and opened the door. The tv was on and the beds were a mess and the bathroom door was closed. Pretty sure somebody already had that room. They did get us another room. They did say thats happened before. The staff was very nice.

not happy There were no towels in the room. the Manager on duty asked me to get it from the front desk. I booked for a queen sized bed but was given a double bed.

Staff was friendly, but property was not clean. There was a room designated for trash on our floor that was full and had a terrible odor that you could smell on the entire floor.
