Customer servicefor some employees are great. Rooms needs TLC. Noises are bad. Cleaning needs to be improve. Roaches, smoking smell in the bathrooms.

The staff was very accommodating as the heat in our assigned room was not working. They moved immediately to another room and did it so swiftly that we experienced no disruption in our stay.
