I was very satisfied with the friendliness and kindness of staff. Everyone greeted us all the time and had smiles and made them to Ive conversations with us. Whenever I asked for anything at the front desk I was helped. The general manager is really kind and caring. The room had housekeeping services a few times and they did a great job and it made me come back with a smile. They give you kitchen items at no cost and they give you a generous amount. They are very generous. Thank you. I recommend this location.
I stayed at the Extended Stay America located at the 46001 Waterview Plaza, Sterling, VA address and it was the best decision that I made. I stayed there for over 2 months and the price was extremely affordable. The staff was spectacular especially, Krista, who works at the Front Desk. She was very friendly and courteous. Stayed here for 2 weeks with my husband. Front desk staff and maintenance here is great! Housekeeping does an awesome job! Plan to stay again when we’re in the area!
The front desk employee Krista is one in a million. She is dedicated, hardworking, exceptional and always ready to help. She has a listening hear, willing and always ready to assist. Keep up the good work, your efforts do not go unnoticed. Appreciate your good work Krista for the one month I stay in the Extended stay.
Everything seemed OK at 1st. Stains on the carpet and chipped countertop, but it was generally clean and functional. I noticed that none of the drawers for cabinets or the desk would stay closed; as if the back of the furniture was higher than the front because the room's floor was sagging in toward the center. The worst part was the morning shower, in which black slimy water gushed out of the faucet. GROSS!
