I've been staying at the Sterling (Waterview Plaza) Extended Stay since early December of last year, and my time here has been nothing short of fantastic. I was lucky enough to get one of the two rooms in the building with a king sized bed, and the room is so cozy and comfortable. The kitchenette is great, and all of the cooking ware that is provided to guests comes in super handy. I had an outstanding experience staying at Extended Stay America, and I owe much of that to Shazia's exceptional hospitality. While the hotel doesn’t typically provide moisturizers, Shazia went above and beyond by offering her own personal moisturizer to make me feel more at home. It’s rare to find someone so thoughtful and dedicated to ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. Her kindness truly made a difference and made me feel welcomed. Highly recommend this location, especially with Shazia’s excellent customer service!
I can’t overly state how great and accommodating these folks were at this location. Especially the mgr Shasia and her front desk lady Crista….wow, you all really helped me out and so generous with your hospitality. Happy Holidays!!
I stayed here recently and the room was pretty mediocre, nothing special honestly. It was clean and decent sized. The whoa factor of my stay was the front desk clerk, Krista (I remember her name because she is THAT special) I had a little hiccup at first getting into my room, but Krista was so amazing, polite, friendly, funny and helpful. Keep her around, she’s definitely the face of your company.
I recently needed to book a hotel stay for a family member but had several questions so I called in to make the reservation and was lucky enough to speak with Krista. She answered all of my questions and made the reservation process so smooth. When we arrived at the hotel I was excited to see the one and only Krista was working!!
