seemed like a safe location\n\nTheSmell!!!! THE LOBBY AND HALLS STANK, AND WE HAD TO AIR THE ROOM OUT IN 20 DEGREE WEATHER.!!!! If you are not a smoker, don't stay here! The grounds were not maintained, dangerous, icy, & full of dog feces.
Cleanlines Hotel Not anymore, no service at all, the free breakfast : only muffins and coffe.in the lobby. Dirty floors. We got a nonsmoker room ... Everiting smeal smoke ...
The people are helpful and the rooms were clean\n\nNo its a nice place\n\nNice for what its worth
price and location\n\nput into a handicap room, everything smelled like cigarette smoke
Nothing\n\nDirty towel under bed. I called front desk and told him the TV was broke he told me he would send some one up there tomorrow morning! I had to get rude in order to exchange rooms . the next day I found a dirty towel that looked like it had poop on it
The staff was very abrupt in dealing with the guests. They only had one cart to help with luggage and refused to go find it of over 15 minutes. Finally, after I was about to explode the got it. They will not make wake up call, nore clear paths of snow.

Nothing at all\n\nReservation process, electricity was out, key card wouldn't let me in room. Room was cold.
The location was the only good thing.\n\nIt is filthy. The staff is VERY RUDE!! VERY ARROGANT!!\n\nIt has bed bugs! I will never stay in this hotel again. It is shabby and the staff should all be fired! They are not very nice people. It is like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay there. Very poor management!
