You get what you pay for We were looking for a cheap, pet-friendly option to stay at overnight while in the area for a wedding. No one was working the front desk when we arrived to check in. Had to call using a lobby phone several times. Not sure if they gave us their most disgusting room because we were traveling with a dog, but the room reeked of urine. We weren't sure if it was human or pet until my husband sat down...

The room smelled so bad, the carpet was wet and my shoes were sticking to the floors that weren't carpeted. I ended up going to a different hotel. I refused to stay there. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I would rate it a zero if I could. Very bad\n\nThe room smelled so bad, the carpet was wet and my shoes were sticking to the floors that weren't carpeted. The laundry lady who waskind enough to call a shuttle bus at 4:00 am. Her name is Elsa, she was very helpful.\n\nThis hotel is overpriced. Rooms are available only after 3:00 pm. In my room the alarm clock did not work and there was no wake-up service. The television and table lamps had to be fixed.\n\nThe place is isolated from shopping districts as there is a busy highway. I had the...

Early check-in and the early morning front desk help\n\nI checked into my room, left, and came back. Upon returning my room had been giving away to someone else. And my food had been removed from the refrigerator.\n\nThe lady that helped me around 5 o'clock the morning I was checking out did an excellent job helping me.

The fridge worked well.\n\nThe rooms were barren. There was nothing at all in the kitchen or the bathroom which meant going out and spending more money than budgeted for our trip. Air conditioning did work with temperatures in the 90's outside and the bathroom atrocious.\n\nThe staff was unbelievabley awful. Twice I approached the front desk to fund at least three or four other guests with...

Dirty. AC was terrible; damp, muggy, gross air coming out. Front desk agent had his unsavory friends drinking beer at the front desk until late into the night, loud, totally unprofessional, kids of drinking friends crawling on front desk, etc... poor!\n\nBad, bad, bad! I will never come back nor recommend!
