Location\n\nHotel fixtures were broken. Wife suffered a venerous bite had to go to urgent care etc
Hellhole-Level One of the worst stays in years. The staff seemed as if my presence was a bother to them. The prices listed for the items in the vending machine were at least .50 lower than the actual price, and the machine gave no change. The property and the guest room were poorly maintained: there was a clump of hair in the bathtub (not my own), and there was a fair number of nailholes or chipped paint on...
Nothing i got bit by bed bugs\n\nthis hotel has bed bugs and they only want to refund one night or give me a free night..... F that no body should stay at this nasty hotel they need a 1 star

The staff at the front desk was excellent!!\n\nThe toilet didn't flush. Even when I used the plunger in the bathroom, I still could not get the toilet to flush. When we moved to another room, there was also a plunger in that bathroom. Seems like they have a problem with unflushing toilets!
Location was great.\n\nHotel was dirty . Breakfast was a joke . Don't want to stay here again!
price\n\nnot even basic amenities consistently. one time no showerhead or wash rags in room, next time no coffee in the lobby, next time not continental breakfast, next time coffee but no sugar. almost never have all the basics you'd have camping out!
Some of the staff members are friendly and helpful. Getting 3 nights complementary after finding a room that we stayed in for 3 days had bed bugs.\n\nFinding bed bugs in the bed.
nothing\n\nNo ice machine. Foul smell inside the room--- mold/mildrew smell upon entering. The refrig do not stop making noise. shower head location not raise high enough. The toilet would run non-stop after flushing. \n\nNo ice machine in the hotel....was told to go to the 7/11 for ice. Very foul smell inside the room and it is mold/mildrew. Could be a leak from the refrig. ...
