Not a pleasant experience Requested Two double beds, was given a single bed. Awfull breakfast - Couple cereal bars and not so fresh oranges. Did not expect setbacks with reservation when arriving at 1am. Had a tough time checking in .
I like nothing about this hotel.\n\nThe cleanliness is bad, there was dust all over the floor. The staff at the front desk is extremely rude and liars. They were in a bad mood as soon as I came through the door. They only have one luggage cart. The cleaning lady doesn't speak English.\n\nThe staff is terrible. The cleaning lady doesn't know English. The kitchen has electric cooking range also has a full size refrigerator. Cross street to Burger King and other restaurants. Close to the airport. The Price is right. Great for short stay.\n\nNo courtesy shuttle to IAD airport. Staff is not very friendly. They don't say hello to customers. Breakfast has only muffins and coffee.\n\nJust like any Extended Stay America hotel. Very down...
room was dusty. Heater did not work in the room. I never go back to this hotel anymore. As we entered in the room noticed dust sitting on the tables, TV and the bed. Had to change the room. There were no paper towels or shampoos in the bathroom. TV Remote did not work. Heater was not working at all. They served low budgget breakfast. Infact Breakfast ran out fast. I was only able to get a cup of coffee. Not enough staff on Sunday morning....
A one-time stay Phones did not work, could not reach front desk. Power went out for several hours. I will find other lodging next time I am in the area.
Nothing Worked at this hotel Normal check-in. I tried to make a phone call, no dial tone. When someone tried to call me they could not reach my room, the front desk, the sales office. Someone stopped by to drop something off for me, no one at the front desk, they waited 15 mins. until an employee showed up. Then woke up the next day, the power is out at the entire hotel and no employee has any idea when it will be back on....
unprofessional The front desk clerk was very unprofessional. I had to sleep in the same bed as my co-worker. The towels had stains....really! buy some new ones!!
