Homestead Suites in Vienna, VA - Don't Bother Toilet didn't work when I first got there, the room looked like something from the red light district, it smelled of smoke, the towels were so scratchy that I thought I was going to need a bandaid, the security latch was off its hinges, there was trash in the floor from the previous guest, and the door was so thin anyone could have kicked it in if they wanted to. I would never stay there again and a collegue of mine said the same thing.

Not Impressed. I've stayed at nicer Comfort Inn's and Motel 6's. Definately on par with a really cheap hotel stay. Lumpy, uncomfortable beds, no amenities, no customer service, no maid service. Generally bad. The neighborhood wasn't too bad, but the quality hotel experience just wasn't there at all. Cheap everything.

Never again We did not recieve our reserved room. We were down graded and no options were available. Hotel states problem with there system. The telephone did not work during our entire stay. No soap in room and no ice machine available. Front desk did not know the area for help with directions. They did say they were sorry but nothging else.

Dirty rooms Slow check in and found my room carpet soaked with water when I got up, bag with clothes soaked. Shower had mold in it, carpet dirty and the stove top did not look clean at all. Informed the desk at checkout of problems and he did not say anything but took the information. Since my clean clothes were soaked due to my bag being on the floor it made the rest of my trip not so good.
