Do not book a room here Booked a king bed once I got there they said they sold out and I had to downgrade. Apparently I missed the memo as well that stated high schoolers rent rooms here to party ALL NIGHT LONG RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLS. Called the front desk numerous times and they did nothing. Whwn I picked up a pillow which was on the bed I discovered about 5 ticks. The bed sheets had stains and were dirty. This place is pathetic. Never again Only one person in lobby..no soap or shampoo in room... No cleaning service and no shuttle in hotel. No room service. It's not a hotel I'd stay in more than one night.

Oh my GOD We booked a room with 2 beds recieved 1 bed. Attendant supplied a soiled cot with soiled sheets

Unsatisfactory stay CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! We had a late check-in (11:00 pm) and the person in the counter was telling me I wasn't booked that night . Good thing my bf glanced at the computer monitor and he pulled up the wrong name. Took him almost 15 mins to let us in and check us in. Then got a call at 11:37 am telling mw it's way past check out time. I've been travelling a lot and stayed in fancier hotels but this is the worst I've ever been into.

Johnny MC Everything was good about the hotel except that the hot water was barely warm and also the hot water pressure was very low. Otherwise a good place for the money.

Location was the best part Older hotel, location convenient to Tyson's, etc. Kitchenette was a nice feature, and appliances were in good shape. I would stay there again.
