Only stay here if you have no other options. At check-in they claimed I had booked a smoking room. I hadn't. When they printed the paperwork it clearly showed non-smoking. They claimed no others rooms available. The smoking room I did get was cold (window left side open in December), had no trash can and minimal everything else. Pay a bit more and stay elsewhere.
Not clean or comfortable Low end hotel. Things in the room are either broken, dirty, or missing. I had to book a second week in the area and only picked this place because I had to be in walking distance of the company I was working with.

one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at I arrived late in the evening and had to wait 15 minutes for an attendant to arrive at the counter to help me. When I got up to my room it was dirty! Blankets and towels on the ground. I went back down to alert staff, and it took them 30 min to get me into a clean room. All night long people were running up and down the hallways drinking beer and smoking marijuana... I alerted management and they did nothing about it all night. Seriously? This is our first time staying at a Extended Stay America hotel. We picked this hotel strictly on price and its location close to the Tyson malls. Parking no issue, it was free. Check in was quick but when asking questions there was a language barrier on their side. The problem was the smell. You will notice it walking thru the hallway to your room. smokey We asked for a non-smoking room. Technically that's what we got, however they intersperse their smoking and non-smoking rooms on the same floors and the ratio is like 4 to 1 smoking. So just walking down the hall reeked of smoke and the smoke smell couldn't help but be in the room as well. The room was pretty old looking and in need of repairs. Tacky Old, tacky and depressing. Dark, gloomy hallways. What was that fake wood flooring actually made of?
Kitchen aminities were not provided. When asked the night staff did provide what was requested. Hair dryer was not working when morning staff was informed no action was taken. Breakfast was minimal. Not a great choice for 3 night stay.
Front desk needs more training. I had paid thru a traveler agency and as I walked in at the time of check in I mentioned the girl that was working at the front dest everything is paid. But she still went ahead and charged my card and told me you won't get charged twice The next day I checked my account she had charged me twice
