Although room had a kitchenette, it was not stocked at all. One could go to desk and ask for things like a pan and a bowl and a spoon. Included "Grab and Go" breakfast lacked any protein - I was hoping for at least hard boiled eggs. They had no tea bags, thankfully I had packed my own. When I called the front desk, there was usually no answer but if I went there, it was staffed. I was stuck for an extra day due to snow/ice, and was told hotel was sold out. We received a call as soon as we arrived in town, informing us that they had "overbooked" and we would need to stay at another one of their properties. When we complained that this was not convenient for our plans visiting a family member undergoing surgery nearby, they let us keep our reservation and said they would ask another customer to be moved to another location. Nice staff, front desk very helpful & almost forgot my cel phone charger & 2 ball caps maid went extra mile plus to catch me before checking out which was greatly appreciated. Thank You
