Mixed bag- some plusses and some minuses Definitely a mixed bag. The shower wasn't cleaned before I checked in- I found a used shampoo tube in the stall. Most of the time, no one was at the front desk; every time I passed by, someone was waiting for a clerk to show up. "Breakfast" was in name only- only coffee and tea and some old breakfast bars and pre-packaged muffins. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the hotel seemed to be in a safe area. Perfect for large family We needed rooms for two nights for our family of 6 to attend a family event in the area on relatively short notice. It was one of the few affordable hotels in the area that had rooms with two queen beds in each room. Realizing this was and Extended Stay, I assumed that it would probably be full of out of town contractors and construction workers, and it further assumed that it might be loud and not as clean as a normal hotel. Overbooked I booked through a third-party website and upon arrival, they didn't have a room for me anymore. The manager resolved the situation by upgrading me to a larger room.
