Good location, a few complaints We chose this hotel for its location and the ability to bring a larger dog. It served those needs well. There were three main problems: 1) stains on the sheets, 2) loose toilet seat, and 3) bad smell in the refrigerator. Staff was friendly and would likely have addressed these issues, but our stay was so short, I did not complain about the sheets or the smell. Although room had a kitchenette, it was not stocked at all. One could go to desk and ask for things like a pan and a bowl and a spoon. Included "Grab and Go" breakfast lacked any protein - I was hoping for at least hard boiled eggs. They had no tea bags, thankfully I had packed my own. When I called the front desk, there was usually no answer but if I went there, it was staffed. I was stuck for an extra day due to snow/ice, and was told hotel was sold out. We received a call as soon as we arrived in town, informing us that they had "overbooked" and we would need to stay at another one of their properties. When we complained that this was not convenient for our plans visiting a family member undergoing surgery nearby, they let us keep our reservation and said they would ask another customer to be moved to another location.
