Good reasonable stay This hotel is no frills but is a great location. Clean room, great price.

Business Trip in DC The value of the hotel was good. The receptionist/manager was excellent, she was very courteous and friendly. The sleeping area was clean, bathroom tub was not. The hotel staff are noisy in the morning so don't expect to sleep in. Hotel allows pets.
Concert trip Clean, affordable place with a helpful staff. Booked the hotel last minute with no issues at all. Will definitely return!!!
Last Resort type of place Something was going on in the city and hotels I normally stay at had jacked their rates up by over 50% per night. I have stayed here previously and it's worse condition now. The staff are fine, but the hotel itself is wore down. They can't seem to get the cigarette smoke out of the rooms.
Exelent Stay Hotel was great and clean and a great stopping point on the way to OBX. Would definitley stay there again.
