The bathroom was not very well kept. Hairs and some general uncleanliness of the space. I was charged for phone usage - I asked what time and I was not even in the room at that time. Overall not a pleasant experience and won’t be staying again.

I booked this property after seeing kitchenette with a queen bed, on reaching the staff tells us that it's over booked and there is no Queen bed room left I will have to upgrade to King bed by paying 16 dollars per night extra or I can go to other hotel. Since I was tired,I decided to stay with paying extra. It was two nights stay, from the first evening till the check out I asked them to provide kitchen utensils,they did not. Front desk check in is always confusing and for some reason evening staff has difficulty in giving out the items you list as provided to guests as a courtesy. Police were there for something outside too

This isn’t the cheapest hotel in the area and it’s missing a LOT of maintenance work. We got there, get our room and spend ages trying to find it because our room’s number was missing, something that they could’ve at least mentioned at the front desk. Finally in the room, got settled and we kept hearing a water leak coming from the tub that never stopped leaking. And if that wasn’t enough the TV remote was broken cause some buttons didn’t work. We were initially assigned and given the key to a room that wasn’t ready. It was still being cleaned. They told us it would be about a 15 minute wait, but there was no place to wait. No chairs, no lounge, nothing. We requested another room and was given one. Accommodations was bare bones.

Leaves a lot to be desired I was suprised upon checking in that only one person was working the desk. I waited nearly 10 minutes just to check in. The clerk was friendly enough, but got to my room and the garbage was not even emptied and a dirty glass was in the sink. The bed was extremely worn and lumpy and the pillow was just as flat as I have ever seen. I am not sure saving a few dollars to stay at this hotel was worth it.
